If you decide to use the services of MTM you will be asked to make available your health records for MTM’s secure and encrypted patient PHR ( Personal Health Record ). We will assist you in the transfer of your digital health records, medical documents and communication in medical facilitation.
TREATMENT PACKAGE DESIGN
Your Health Coach makes the necessary arrangements for your medical record review by physicians in the area of your request. Details and costs of your treatment options are provided by the treatment facilities and specialists. The specialist’s credentials, resume and testimonials are provided. Additional products and service options, travel and insurance choices can be added to create a customized Treatment Package. Estimated costs can usually be determined within a few days to determine the cost of the complete package.
INTERACTIVE VIDEOCONFERENCING WITH YOUR TREATMENT SPECIALIST
Interactive video conferencing can be arranged between the client and the doctor or doctors chosen with your treatment package. This provides an opportunity for a personal in-depth communication concerning the treatment option you’ve chosen. This video conferencing is arranged at your convenience and in the comfort of your home on internet web cam. The conference includes you, the specialist, and your MTM Health Coach. A family member and your primary care physician may join the meeting. The conference allows you to talk freely and directly with your healthcare team and receive answers to your questions and concerns. To assure privacy, each person joining the videoconference will be given a unique password and username for the best communication in medical facilitation.
